1. 30-Day Return Window & Zero Return Fees

  • You have exactly 30 days from the date of package delivery to request a return.
  •  Free Returns: Zareva covers the full cost of return shipping. There are absolutely no restocking fees, no administrative penalties, and no shipping charges billed to the customer for returns.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a successful return and full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Housed in its original manufacturer packaging with all protective styrofoam, tags, or hardware accessories intact.
  • Accompanied by the original digital receipt or invoice matching your purchase history on www.zareva.shop.

3. Step-by-Step Return Procedure

  1. Initiate the Request: Email our support desk at care@zareva.shop within your 30-day window. State your Order Number and provide a brief reason for the return.
  2. Receive Your Label: If your return complies with our terms, our team will issue a pre-paid printable shipping label via email, accompanied by specific drop-off instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely enclose the item in its packaging, apply the pre-paid label to the exterior of the box, and drop it off at the designated carrier station.

*Note: Items shipped back to us without a formal, approved return request will not be processed or eligible for refunds.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your product immediately upon arrival. If an item is shattered, structurally defective, or completely different from what you ordered, contact us at care@zareva.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the damage. We will expedite a free replacement or execute an immediate refund.

5. 10-Day Refund Processing Window

Once your returned package is delivered to our inspection warehouse, our inventory team will verify its contents within 2 business days.

  • Upon approval, your refund will be triggered immediately to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, etc.).
  • Processing Deadline: The entire financial reimbursement process will be settled inside 10 business days. Please note that banking institutions may take an additional 2-3 days to post the USD funds to your available balance.
