To ensure a seamless and transparent shopping experience, Zareva offers Free Shipping on all orders sitewide. There are no minimum purchase requirements, no hidden handling fees, and no surprise charges at checkout.
3. Order Processing & Transit Times
Please note that our shipping estimates are structured around business days (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays).
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Eastern Standard Time.
- Handling/Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, strict quality control checks, secure packaging, and sorting.
- Transit/Delivery Time: 7 to 13 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes for items to travel from our fulfillment centers to your doorstep.
4. Order Tracking and Verification
Within 24-48 hours of your package being handed over to our shipping carriers, a confirmation email containing a unique tracking link will be dispatched to your registered email address (care@zareva.shop). You can monitor your shipment’s live progress at any time.
5. Delivery Delays & Address Amendments
- Address Corrections: It is the shopper's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate. If you detect an error, please contact us within 12 hours at care@zareva.shop. We cannot alter destinations once processing is complete.
- Force Majeure Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery windows, unexpected carrier bottlenecks, severe weather conditions, or customs clearance delays may occasionally extend transit times. We appreciate your patience.
